Or is that supposed to be “good news for a change”? While good news might be a welcomed change from what we’re used to, this news is focused on change. The Bioregional Bulletin is a news forum with a purpose: cultivating harmony. Making its’ first appearance right here, right now, the Bioregional Bulletin will publicize and promote the work people are doing to create a cooperative, compassionate, and ecologically bountiful society, with an emphasis on how you can get involved and create positive change.

The Bioregional Bulletin has three formats: blog, broadside, and broadcast. The blogging website, www.catalystnow.org, allows you to discuss articles with other readers and interact in other ways. The broadsides – news posters – can be downloaded or printed straight from the website or found posted around town and at distribution points TBA. Soon we’ll be recording broadcasts for local radio stations to play, and these will also be podcasted from the website.

We’re grateful for those who contributed articles so far and now that the blog and broadsides are ready we’re looking for more contributors. Rest assured, you now have a regular source of positive news. We’ve got lots to do to create a socially and ecologically harmonious society. It’s time for some change.
